Mouth Watering Blackened Tuna Chunks
These are for the one who likes it SPICEY !!!
Absolutly Delicious!!!
2-3 filets of fresh tuna
Chef Pauls Redfish Blackening Seasoning
1 egg lightly beaten
deep fryer
Cube your Tuna to bite size chunks. Soak fish in egg for about 10 min.
Pour seasoning into bowl and generously coat chunks. Place in deep fryer
for 3-4 minutes and serve HOT with tarter sauce or hot Dijon mustard.
This is a great appetizer for any party or cookout!!
